Pat has taught tennis in northwest Indiana and nearby Illinois communities since 1984, and was USPTR-certified in 1992.  He has guided dozens of students to local, sectional, and national USTA rankings, with some getting  college scholarships at Division 1, 2, or 3 level schools. Many went on to become coaches and instructors themselves.  From 1989 to 2006 Pat worked as a Tennis Instructor at Match Point Tennis Club in Griffith, Indiana.  He has run many different city summer tennis programs parks and recreation programs, and coached at various local high schools.  He has won numerous USTA and local tournament titles as a player, and still works on his backhand.  :)
